Free offers are occasionally available from The Limited Connection, Inc.. If you participate in these givaways you must follow the directions associated with each level of offer. We will not be held responsible for any errors in following the directions stated with the offer. If the item is out of stock we have the option of replacing it with different item.
At times we may have to adjust the shipping cost due to unusally program errors or method of shipping is not available to your region. (Example: UPS Ground shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.) Please confirm your method of shipping before finalizing your order. If we find any major errors in the shipping charge, you will be contacted by email.
Due to the nature of collectibles, at times we may be out of stock or do not have the correct quantity on hand to fill your order. We will contact you and request a confirmation to fill or cancel your order. We will not be held responsible nor can we issue "rainchecks" for these out of stock items. We do our best to maintain a sufficient quantity on hand, but some items are not as readily available and market conditions can affect our ability to replace certain items.
Any products that we accept preorders on will not be processed to your account until the product is in stock and ready to ship. We reserve the right to cancel any preorders at our discretion. Reasons for cancelled preorders can include, but not be limited to, non delivery of merchandise to our warehouse and defective merchandise received from our suppliers.

We will exchange any product found to be damaged for the exact same item providing inventory is available on the damaged item. On some items we may, at our discretion, reimburse you for the damaged merchandise or issue you a credit for future purchases. Please notify us within 2 business days of your receipt should any merchandise arrive damaged.
